-Reworked Flan's Mod, individual bullets are crafted, new Finnish weapons box, cleaned up a little bit.
TODO: Fix the lang files so that the Flans Mod item's names show up properly.
-Added Mekanism and tweaked the recipes to fit the modpack.
-Made saddles and horse armor craftable for an easier cavalry experience.
-An incomplete fix of stair crafting which makes the default recipes yield 8 instead of 4 stairs. All vanilla stairs, all Biomes O Plenty stairs and a small few Botania stairs should be fixed.
-A couple other minetweaker fixes to make things more useful like Immersive Engineering's hemp cloth and TrainCraft's petroleum ore
