Install Oblivion Rising

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Oblivion Rising) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Oblivion Rising from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

1.) I cant set more than 1GB of memory

-Download x86 or x64 bit java depending on your system.(More Info Below)


2.) NEI is NOT working
- Please goto your inventory and double click "Item Subset" button at the top

3.) My Game Is Crashing At The Mojang/Title Screen!
- Please Make Sure Your Updated To The Current Version!
- Uninstall ALL Java On Your Computer, Then Go Here - Determine If You Have A 32 or 64 Bit Computer!
-- 32 Bit Computers Download The Windows x86.exe ONLINE and Install (Assuming Your Windows Computer)
-- 64 Bit Computers Download The Windows x86.exe ONLINE AND Windows x64.exe. (Assuming Your Windows Computer)
Install The x86 Version FIRST, then the x64 version SECOND, Then Play!

4.) I am getting this error! org.lwjgl.LWJGLException
- Please update your video card drivers.
- Update your java (Follow The Steps Above For Java)

5.) I am getting this error! "The requested operation cannot be performed with the user-mapped section open."

-Close all tabs on your computer and relaunch the pack

-If that didnt work restart your computer.
