The dropbox error is a 429, and I've found using dl=1 ("https://www.dropbox.com/s/fnix42nod4u69wm/Modern%20Planet%203.4.zip?dl=1") does not work correctly. I suggest looking at "http://www.filedropper.com/" for downloads like this, (I have not tried filedropper but it looks good).
BTW, I am trying it now.

yeah dropbox doesnt work almost ever for technic so plz change :D

Guys he's using Dropbox to make this modpack, but Dropbox highly DOESN'T support Technic Launcher.

I use dropbox for my modpacks, it works fine, if you do it right ;)
Dropbox works better than most file hosts... I use Dropbox for all my packs and it has never failed me once. I've tried hosts like mediafire and they never worked for my packs. I guess what I am trying to say is, for someone who cannot pay for a VPS for solder, Dropbox works just fine.

I would love to play your pack! I have it download onto my launcher but when I try to open the mod and play it, the loadings do get past 4/7 96/113 so I can't play your mod. What can I do to get it to work?
