Install Modern Kingdom Lite

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Modern Kingdom Lite) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Modern Kingdom Lite from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Neat mods, love the concept and I might apply for the server, but optifine or fastcraft is a must with this because it is running very slowly for me. Also, for fun, you should add Armourer's Workshop. Armorer is spelled that way because it's the name. The mod adds custom skins for items that you can make yourself, it adds a way to make custom blocks and the skins you make can be applied to items individually so it allows you to make a uniform for your AW2 soldiers. It is a really fun mod and, in my experience, it doesn't bog down your system much and it has no mod conflicts that I have found.

Hi Findingo17! Thanks for your feedback on the pack. With our plan to keep the pack light, we wanted to avoid having too many duplicated functions in the pack. We opted for Ender IO for piping, and things like Mekanism and Minefactory Reloaded for complex machinery. Hope these offer enough to satisfy your needs!

I don't think you understand, we don't want BC for piping, we want it because it's the only mod compatible with AW2 that can turn the kinetic energy into electricity. We want buildcraft to seal that gap.

Getting pretty excited for the Group Build Event!! It's only on vanilla this time, but we did this once before and it was tons of fun! Here's hoping for a repeat!

Hi _BEAST! Thanks for writing in about this item. We have gotten a bit of feedback from a few members mentioning that this would be a desired feature; however, with the inclusion of things like teleporters, jetpacks, and other things that make travel easier, we have so far opted to keep /tpa disabled. We will take a look into it, though. Thanks for the suggestion!

when on launching as soon as it comes to finishing up it crashes

Hello Mpsx_payback Sorry to hear about your troubles. The most common cause for pack crashing is not enough RAM allocated. If you are using a proper form of Java, try allotting at least 2 GB of RAM for the pack. If you can provide more description to your issue, we will be glad to try and help!

Lots of fun things for such a small pack! The server itself doesn't offer commands like /tpa, but there are good ways to get around quickly, like jetpacks and teleporters! Looking forward to some more play time over the holidays!
