Added Big Reactors in because i forgot to put it in, somehow. Also removed draconic evolution (because it is the big stinky, it makes it so it's the only endgame thing). Rebalanced and finished balancing projecte (No condensers/relays/collectors, no rings (except harvest goddess band, useful in space),)

Actually removed CMM, my zipping program doesn't seem to remove files when you make a new zip, it only adds and replaces. Config is still in, however, will have to remove tommorrow.
