Install Lay of the Land 2 (Unofficial)

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Lay of the Land 2 (Unofficial)) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Lay of the Land 2 (Unofficial) from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Lay of the Land 2 is my unofficial successor to Lay of the Land by sco, who, sadly, seems to have disappeared. Just like in its original, Lay of the Land 2 is a modpack centered around exploration, magic, and agriculture, without those grindy, and often over powered, tech mods.

The original Lay of the Land had no license attached, so I set the license of Lay of the Land 2 to the Creative Commons license.

I hope I was able to capture the same feeling that sco did with the original Lay of the Land modpack, and I hope you all enjoy the pack.

I'm currently waiting on moving the pack from Experimental, as I want to release with Zabi, Sunconure, and Ingoleth's Bewitchment, and Tango Tek's Improved Villagers.
