This mod creates pregenerated Tower Dungeons on your map. Always be prepared before you go inside. Every floor has a nice big chest, two random mob spawners, and a staircase to the next floor. The treasure gets better and better with each floor, but the floor itself gets more and more broken. Harder towers have more broken floors and more treasure per chest. The top of the tower is guarded by a formidable boss mob, the Golem.
BiblioCraft is a fairly simple mod that adds 8 new types of unique storage blocks to display a few different items. There is a bookcase that shows up to 16 books on the shelf, an Armor stand to display a full set of armor. There is also a potion shelf for up to 12 potions, a tool rack to hang 4 different tools/weapons, a general shelf that can display any 4 items, a display case for a single fancy item, and a wooden label that can display up to 3 items in small scale for tasks such as indicating what is in a chest. The newest edition includes the wooden Desk that can hold up to 9 books.
This mod adds a new item to the game: Chest Transporter. This item allows you pick up a chest with content and place it somewhere else. You can also pick up chests from a storage minecart and place it in a normal minecart. But while you have a chest in your inventory, you dig and walk slower, have more hunger and can not jump over one block.
Thermal Expansion, at its core, is a 'tech' mod - it's a mod of what ifs. For example, what if you could turn water into ice or snow with a machine? Or how about a machine that could combine lava and water however you choose? What if there were a wool that didn't burn? Or, what if you could set up advanced yet extremely compact production chains that didn't require redstone engines or complex pipe routing? If any of that interests you, then you may want to check this out.
This mod allows for you to enter a custom port, IP, and MOTD! I did not stop there. I saw the opportunity to add more features, and I did. Now you can edit almost everything you could edit on a normal, vanilla, server! I also added some basic options to get your LAN feeling a bit more like a real server. It's like starting a server, but with your own Single Player worlds, and with your own Single Player mods.
When anything living takes damage, the damage they took will bounce off their head, with a cool little effect. Now shows the Mob portrait preview with current health when you mouse over mobs! Every registered Mob type(mod mobs too) can have this preview adjusted using config files, so full compatibility is easy.
This mod adds doors to Minecraft that open up to individual pocket Dimensions. In addition to these doors, it also adds several other features that help the player manipulate reality, forming rifts, linking dimensions, and even sending them to places they really should have never been.
This mod completely gets rid of the randomness of enchanting and allows you to pick what YOU want on your tools! It will register enchantments that other mods add and will show up for the appropriate tool.
ExtrabiomesXL is a mod for Minecraft which adds new biomes that enhance game play and make exploring fun and interesting. ExtrabiomesXL is a collaborative open source project based on MisterFiber's original idea and mod.

This mod randomly imbues spawning Living Things in the World with Diablo-style random Enchantments, making them much harder and much more rewarding to kill.
They also drop the quadruple amount of xp and a random enchanted item.
Tweaks your inventory handling to be more intuitive. Break your iron sword in the heat of battle and don't have time to replace it? No worries, if you have another one handy in your inventory it will automatically be moved into the last slot it was used! Works with all stacked items!
If you can't resist walking to every corner of the world in games for no other purpose than filling your map, then this is the mod for you. It functions like the maps in many RPG's, not only showing your immediate surroundings, but also everywhere you've been before. Another feature is that once you are done exploring for the day you can press 'm' then 'p' to create a PNG image of everywhere you have explored!
Tired of using the same old, wooden bow that takes forever to use, and never seems to last long enough? Well, guess who's lucky day it is! Yours! This mod adds 8 new bows into the game that are all different and have advantages over the other.
Natura is a mod that aims to spice up the world with interesting worldgen. With a few small additions, hunger no longer has to be about hunting animals early game. The mod is mostly intuitive; everything should be sensible or explained in-game.
NEI is a successor to both Too Many Items and Recipe Book. It arose around the same time as Craft Guide when Alexandria and a few others on the IRC suggested that I merge both Too Many Items and Recipe Book to remove their greatest flaws, ironically too many items, or in the case of recipe book, too many recipies. Too Many Items was great, but the one thing it lacked was an easy way to search and sort your items. When you had a mod like Red Power coming along with 10000 items both TMI and Recipe Book were racking up the pages. Even if you don't want to use NEI for cheating in items, you will likely feel right at home with the Recipe component of the mod.
New pressure plates made from blocks of obsidian (that only work when players step on them) or mossy cobble (that only work when NPCs step on them). You can craft one of these over a block of wool to make silent versions (that don't make clicking sounds). You can craft any of those four variants in the middle of alternating nether quartz and glowstone dust to make shrouded (see-through) versions. Smelting a silent or hidden plate will return a noisy, visible one.
This pack isn't designed to change your game dramatically like many other mods, instead, OffLawn! attempts to create something fun, useful and intuitive, that could be placed in any minecraft world of any level of complexity, and still be enjoyed and utilized. Enhance the beauty of your worlds, expand your farms, and make exploration and base-building a little more fun and varied.
