Can you send me the log or crash report (if a crash report was created?)
Use https://pastebin.com/ to send the files, make sure you clear it of any personal information (some people have their window's user set to their name)
nvm, looks like Forge 1.17.1 changes how the files work. My usual method no longer works, I'll check with Forge if they have a solution.
