removed orespawn, its just too much on the server, and i would like for people to be able to claim homes safetly, orespawn has too many ways u can grief

so far im starting slow, gonna see what orespawn can and cant do, also starting with support for bukkit plugins so if bukkit and orespawn are working fine and dont crash, we can start to move on to more mods
you may now refer to permissions tab for all updates and if your modpack does not match the server then just redownload the modpack as im always updating the dropbox, i will push an update out every time i add a new mod too but if im still testing you may have a mis-match
orespawn is just idk... its so much power requirements for the silly boss effects that can only be disabled by disabling all mobs from attacking... just wish i could disable mobzilla and king effects without damaging their dangerous-ness

good news work is going to start again, re-installed fresh windows on a quadruple raid 0, pretty much its gonna be faster overall, set aside the dedicated server for now, the low mhz ram and the low cpu just wasnt cutting it
also dont worry about server or modpack corruption it will be backed up online
something up with the server freezing and not shutting down or restarting, gonna shut it down for a while, could be up anytime.
and yes before u say it, i need to upgrade my hardware. noted.

modpack is now hidden till i have enough time to actually complete it, theres so many errors comming up with the mods ive selected im going to be forced to shorten my mods i support to a very small list and play with them for extended periods of time till im comfortable adding a few more and then repeat until full gameplay is supported

tomorrow i will be creating a dropbox mod/config rar/zip, you can download this any time the server has indicated in its status that its in play mode, all progress made in play mode will be deleted, this is purely for testing, you can see the servers progress and start learning how to use some of the mods, all u have to do is navigate to the modpack folder and delete your old configs and mods folder and replace with the one provided, dont worry, you can always redownload the pack if u feel like playing the fully modded single player till i release a full update, some mods in the future will be removed from the current modpack if i find any mods that conflict and can not be fixed, since its dropbox the same download can be favorited or you can re-visit my website drekendankcraft.webhop.me which is the same as the server ip located inside the modpack already
the reason for such a vast overhaul is for world generation, and population, i want to weed out mods that slow down chunk generation while running and flying and also with multiple people connected, while still providing a dense world full of buildings blocks ores caves and all the fun stuff in between, mods ill be avoiding are biome heavy mods, or mods that affect general landscape formation, or mods in general that have custom chunk loading operations. ill be testing each mod individually for a long period of time using the random teleporter making sure that teleporting to several new locations at once wont cause lag, or in the instance 5-10 people use the random teleport pad, i want the server/modpack to be fun, but also fast and lightweight allowing actual fun to take place, not block lag, time outs, d/c and server overload failure.
this pack may end up being a single player pack for a while, im going to make a dank craft 2.0 to make something a little smaller with more focused on fun and unique gameplay, im going to focus on making a server thats compatable with orespawn bukkit and candycraft and see what mods fit in between
id like to leave this here though as some may feel that such a change would ruin the technological feel of this mod pack
might drop off biomes o plenty, who would miss it dearly, im adding other biome mods and its just too conflicting for world generation in the way it overwrites minecraft original biomes spamming the logs with errors, it slows world generation by about 75%
Sounds like a good plan. Have we reached the the final refinement of this pack and now await the sequel?
mayby not so quick to drop this pack, i have gotten candy craft thrown into the pack on the rebuild, i think my issue is an entity limit in the config side, know of any work arounds? im capping out around 150-175
also i have been using conflict detector, really nice mod, except when it shows max id's for certain things like potions it shows numbers that are too high for some mods for available id's its still highly useful though as i can pick lower numbers just fine.
if this max limit keeps the pack from loading, ill have to be picky about which mods i really want to keep or not
more delay, seems once the server finally loaded 200+ mods in i was able to connect the client, it seems something isnt clicking, i cant even get ingame, so im doing yet another rebuild, this time both server and client will be fully functional, along with single player.
the good news is i haven't given up!
I've gotten into worlds generated with 420 illuminati! I had to remove AntiIDConflict, Optifine HD U B6, BotaniaVars.dat, and portalGunSounds.pak. I was able to put optifine standard in and still generate and enter worlds.
Also, psychedelicraft is seriously spamming with render errors. On a side not I'm wondering if metallurgy 4 has anything to add to the pack other than chest and inventory clutter. I liked metallurgy fine, but I just can't see it being used much in the madness that is Dank Craft.
sorry for the delay for the next 7 days in a row im babysitting my son lol, i get a few hrs a day to work on the modpack and mojang auth servers keep going down slowing progress even more, im doing a very careful rebuild, reading all errors and trying to get biome and item id configs sorted in a proper manner
so far advanced machines and industrialcraft are giving me issues, i downloaded immbus core and a lot of mods that go with it, cofh and some other stuff, something in there dosent work right, getting on the path to stability at least
without immbus core and computercraft and industrialcraft i cant load them all without eachother it seems, im going to have to remove all 28 mods if i cant get them to work
i used that mod id sorter, things are looking better

you have a streak of open biome IDs from 225 to 255 and potion IDs from 200 to 240+
ill have u run a scan on the server side config, then ill patch up both, servers about 40% done
modpack is not complete, i need crash logs from everyone who encounters a problem! im also aware of the graphical errors on some of the rainbow ui edits, im getting to this, the ui is not priority though, stability is priority, also mod authors, if you feel you need your mod's permissions properly posted, please comment or message me, im building a permissions page ASAP but as the modpack is incomplete its hard to say weather a mod is staying or not. please be patient all, the end is near ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
as im nearing the end of my mods collection, its time for me to start building a permissions section and configuring the mods, this can take quite some time but i want single player configs to be the same as the server configs so that single player gameplay and server gameplay are identical. i may release the update sooner, with a config update that follows but for the sake of not wasting everyones time, id rather upload it all at once.
Here's another tool that's going to make your task so much easier: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/2387300-say-no-to-id-conflicts-install-anti-id-conflict Biome overrides show up as a conflict, but AntiIDConflict can be configured to ignore it. (...so much easier...)
the modpacks almost complete, ill check that out too though!
the latest project superhuman is not compatable with my latest version (not released yet) ill look more into it later but im going to release the modpack without it for now
