DayM is cancelled. But the copyright infringement is still there. So really this is true that they cant use that mod.

I think this is a server... play.dayzcraft.org but I personally don't have one
when i click play, it loads the files in the tecnic launcher then closes and reopens the launcher, for some reason it wont run the pack
