I would not suggest this server. It does not mention that it is not a safe space for children or teens. In their discord and on their public minecraft server issues have transpired between adults and minors that should have resulted in the adult being banned. They were protected by the server owner at the time because they were friends. The server owner also let's their friends break rules they put in place but they religiously enforce it for anyone else. The moderators aren't given any power to actually deal with problems and adult topics are brought up constantly. There is also lag issues where even high end computers will lag when dealing with the amount of mods present. At the bottom line. There needs to be an 18+ stamp on the server and there isn't. 1/10. Do not let your children join the server.

Hi there! We're sorry you felt unsatisfied playing on our server! We would like to remind you that our server is meant for an audience of ages 15 and up. In addition we do not allow NSFW content and advertise this in our Discord rules as well as our Minecraft Server Rules (This includes nudity, gore/violence, and sexual content). This does not mean we scourge any and all non-family-friendly content. We would not recommend our server to those that are uncomfortable seeing profanity or are uncomfortable with PG-13 topics. Those that do not abide by our rules are given a fair trial before receiving penalties. The way our consequence system works is to allow second chances to players who have made genuine mistakes. You can receive 2 strikes for small offenses before being temporarily banned from the server, and on the 3rd strike you will be permanently banned. However some offenses will bypass this, such as suspicious behavior towards minors (DM'ing minors, attempting to groom, and inappropriate behavior) which lead directly to a permanent ban. We always enforce this rule as its our top priority in member safety, however we do not and will not segregate our server members by age. We are hoping to create a community that allows everyone to play together. Our administrators are carefully selected and instructed on how to handle these situations, and are given the ability to do so. Rules will be enforced regardless of relationships with staff or other members. Regarding the technical side of the server, we also recommend you play with at least 5 GB of RAM allocated and have at the very least 8 GB of RAM available on your laptop or PC or more. Thank you!
@fiftyfoxes If you can actually enforce and make these changes then that would be good. As it stands though you have lost staff and helpers. Eidan29 was a massive voice in your server and your refusal to actually correct what has been happening is why he is gone along with a lot of others. You refuse to see what is happening because someone is close to you or you go after people for reasons that make little to no sense. Your server still is not a safe place for minors until you clean everyone out that has had allegations of harming minors or being innaprorate out. Minecraft TOS means everything must be PG. Not Pg-13 but PG. This rule is broken by your server repeatedly. Remember Minecraft is a game made for children. It is meant as a safe learning space or playing space. Something you ignore blatantly. You can not change TOS to your liking.
