The new feature targeting is custom affinity audience that has become now a super speed marketing targeting. The custom affinity audiences has quickly become a favorite for small and large businesses to prospect, reach qualified customers and support top targets.
Custom affinity audiences advertising segments give you the ability to target different audiences and not limit you to the predefined segments that Google has for the market, affinity, and so on. This is especially useful if you are selling products that are very specific or niche. You can create audience segments using keywords, URLs, locations, and even applications.

Step1: first of all create a new display campaign in Google ads.
Step2: secondly click on audience from the menu bar.
Step3: And now click on what their interest and habits are.

Step4: And now scroll to the bottom and click the + and create new CAA.

Step5: And finally name your new audience and set it up with the specific interests, URLs, place and apps that you want to target.

Step6: Save your audience and publish your campaign.
If you've already created a CAA and want to use it in one of your existing campaigns, you can do the same. Go to that campaign, click 'Audience segments', and click the Edit button to add a new audience.
Find the right message:
This means that you need to think about how you interact and communicate the message of these people, because you should never advertise in the interest, search or remarketing in the same way. You wouldn't talk the same way to shop windows buyers, store customers, and home customers, would you? We’ve found that longer video ads on landing pages or shorter video / image ads on pre-sale content pages work best for custom affinity audiences.
