Install BlackTec | LiTW (After Humans)

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (BlackTec | LiTW (After Humans)) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select BlackTec | LiTW (After Humans) from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Renaissance - a renewal of life, vigor, interest, etc.; rebirth; revival: a moral renaissance.....the activity, spirit, or time of a great revival......reactivation, rebirth, renascence, renewal, resurgence, resurrection, resuscitation, revitalization, revival, revivification. Originally when I made the first version of Life in the Woods, I was in a very different place. I started it as a personal project, just trying to fill a need that I had but couldn't find an answer for, and mostly just wanting to play Minecraft as vegan or vegetarian but without having to sacrifice so much of the gameplay. Eventually it became what we know today; a new and frightening wilderness that's filled with dangers and beauty. For me personally, it was also all about solitude, loneliness, and having to fend for yourself, with no one else to depend on. It was a work of love, but it also mirrored the mental and emotional turmoil I was struggling with in my own anxiety and depression. With Life in the Woods Renaissance, it's not only a rebirth of the modpack into something fresh and new, but it also reflects the improvements I've made to my own life and wellbeing. Life in the Woods is still all about survival, exploration, and beauty, and there are new dangers to face, but the focus is now more than ever on creation, personal expression and discovery, and shaping the world around you, and now with multiplayer, while still holding true to your own ideals.
