Installation guide

• 1 - You gotta download Technic Launcher ( If you haven't downloaded it already )
• https://www.technicpack.net/download ( Scroll down to the bottom ) Pick your OS & Install it, you'll go through the installation process.
• 2 - Next, you gotta allocate your Memory higher. In order to do that, you gotta download this (https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp ) Windows Offline ( 64-Bit )
• 3 - After getting both of Technic & Java downloaded, open Technic & go to the top left ( Launcher Options ) go into Java Settings, put -Memory higher. The least recommended amount of Memory is 2.5GB, my personal favorite & recommendation is 4GB or 4.5GB.
• 4 - After that, go into "Modpacks" tab and search "iodine", click Iodine 1.7.10 & Install it.
• 5 - You're all set! When you're in, just go into "Multiplayer" Server should be there by default.

Installation and broken download solution:

• Installing this pack is very easy; open Technic Launcher if you already have it installed, go to the modpacks tab, in the top left search bar that says "Add Pack or Search" type Iodine, click Iodine 1.7.10, click install at the bottom right. You are now done and can play after it finishes installing. If you experience stuttering or issues please go to the "issue solutions" section.
• We use Dropbox to host our files. When we update, we simply just replace the same file, so the download link never changes. The download link: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/hvfx5vqchk6ayns/Iodine.zip
• We notice that if you are connected to a VPN, Dropbox will reject any attempts to download, so make sure you have it disabled.
• If the download still fails, contact us ASAP on Discord!

System requirements:

• A 64-bit operating system.
• The latest Java (64-bit). Minimum 1.8.0_171.
• Minimum of 2.5 or 3 gigabytes allocated. Recommended amount is 4 or more. You can change this by going to Launcher Options > Java Settings > Memory.

The game stutters/crashes!

• Make sure you meet the minimum game requirements! If you do meet them continue with this guide! Open Technic Launcher>click launcher options (top right)>Java settings>make sure your Minecraft Java version is 64-Bit with the version being at least 1.8.0_171 (You can get the latest version here click Windows Offline 64-bit) and your Memory is set to at least 2.5/3GB (or 4GB if your stuttering.) We also highly recommend you setting Performance settings in your Minecraft video options! If you are still having issues open launcher>click Tekxit 3>click modpack options>open>delete all folders except saves>return to launcher>reinstall>try playing. There is also a slight chance that your anti-virus is causing the issues, try whitelisting the modpack folder or temporarily disabling it. If your still experiencing issues contact us on Discord or if your crashing you can also click modpack options>open>open logs folder>upload fml-client-latest.log and send us a link so we can personally see what the issue is.
