Two config changes:
- Disabled extraneous Treecapitator debug logging
- Fixed another Equivelant Exchange config case sensitivity issue on the client-side
Server owners can simply copy the new treecapitator.cfg into their config folder, overwriting the existing .cfg, or not change anything if you don't mind the occasional debug message in your logs.
