We've released build 805 of the launcher.
This build fixes an issue where the minecraft.jar for the modpack would not regenerate properly when the modpack version changed, which could result in strange issues. If you're having issues just reinstall the modpack (Modpack Options -> Reinstall Pack) so it regenerates manually.
We've also removed some very old fallback code that used the Mojang S3 repo, which should affect absolutely no one.
