Install Tekkit Lite

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tekkit Lite) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tekkit Lite from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

If you're having problems with the pack crashing, the version of IC2 that the pack ships with has a Halloween event that crashes when it tries to start. The easiest way to fix this is to change your system time to November 5th.

ı have a tekkit lite server but my friend cant join he joins and quickly disconnect it says end of stream or generic reason why not only tekkit lite tekkit and hexxit same problem in unmodded minecraft he can join but not technic servers :( why

Hello there, you said somethings about a IC2 Halloween crash error for 4 months ago...? Is the error stil there because everything I tried does not work, I have installed many modpacks on servers but why is tekkit classic not working, I would like if you could help to find out whats the error in this because I'm a server owner and all the members waiting, and I dont want them to leave the SMP. Latest Update
Lumy Skin Patch has been updated to 1.0.13 so skins should be working again. Existing modpack builds were updated to the fixed version.
