Install Tekkify 3

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tekkify 3) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tekkify 3 from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

WHY IS MY MODPACK DOING THIS! I launch the modpack thinking "Man! I'm going to love this" (Cheesy I know) but after about 1:30 of loading it crashes on me, it's not just this modpack it's many!! please help :(

Allocate 2+ GB . Tutorial : 1.Start technic launcher 2.Go to " Launcher Options " 3. Go to " Java Settings" 4. Press next to "Memory" ( Right side) 5. Press " 2 GB" or 1.5 GB" 6. Quit Technic Launcer 7. Open the Technic launcher 8. Find Tekkify 9. Press on Tekkify 10. Press Start 11. Enjoy!

I can only get 1 GB max

"i canb only get 1GB max" Try going on task manager(Right click on the task bar[that bar at the botton] then click "Task manager" on the right click minue, then see how much ram you have because if it says if you have like 12GB ram on task manager but technic will only let you do 1GB you might need to complain to technic about it if that happens cause if you have 3GB ram or more then theres something wrong going on. Because i have 4GB ram(3.67GB usable) but it used to say i could only do 128MB max. So it might be a bug in the technic launcher. if you have like 2GB ram if you do manage to get it to do 2GB, well, that aint gonna be a good idea cause it could break your computer.

Please help me!!! i am trying to lauch it and i tried going to memory but it only goes up to 1 GB????? please help me!!! i am desprate!!! i want to play this sooo badly!!!

So, I load up the pack and try to change my graphics settings to be more agreeable with my computer. I've allocated 5 gigs of ram to this thing. It still crashes.

i keep getting the error "Encountered an unexpected exception [B#301] java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space" I know it has to do with memory, but tell me how to stop this error, it gets extremly annoying and makes it where the world i was on last totaly un-loadable without crashing as soon as it loads and give the error "[B#301] Exception in thread "Client thread" [16:53:07] [Client thread/INFO] [STDERR]: [java.lang.Throwable$WrappedPrintStream:println:-1]: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space" Please help and this was also happening on my custom modpack as well which means i cant do my own mods of hard work to gather them all.
