General Changes:
- Changed vanilla shears recipe to use iron plates.
- Removed stone pickaxe from being craftable. (Forces the use of Tinkers)
- Added a recipe to get green dye.
- Removed most other possible shear crafting recipies.
- Added a few easter eggs to some items/blocks.
- No longer possible to smelt steel. (Might be slightly borked)
