ok i will look into it atm i am a bit busy, but first i will add a restart plugin just to help the crashes stop, although they cant rly stop without the missing chuncks being found

You should add this one plugin that respawns you at spawn every time you join, I'm gonna try and find the link but I think it should help.

k so this can be easy fixed my putting plugin to tp everyone to spawn when join but no one wants to do this bec no one cares about the peoples that are bugged.

Good job, but the players need to be online to use those commands, so it will not work

I'll look into it but It's not even my job in the first place. I think a purge is a good idea, just start people of with some money and kit to make up for it.
