Change minetweaker settings such that:
* Fusion reactor not longer need netherstars (this is ridiculous)
* Railcraft Concrete can be crafted from GT Concrete + Chlorine using the GT ChemicalBath
* ProjectRed Silicons are complely removed and are replaced by GT Siliconplates with the correct dust (Redstone, Glowstone) in all recipes.
* Foresty machines can no longer be used for Honey, use GT machines
* Diamond tools can only be crafted the GT way, hence using diamond heads
* Diamond gear can only be crafted using diamond plates and the right GT tools
* Simplified ingot creation chains by removing nugget to ingot conversions (the need to pulverized and smelted now)
* Project Red wires can only be crafted using GT Red Alloy Wire in the GET Wiremill (removed Project Red Red Iron Compound and a whole senceless production chain)
* Project Red Insulated Wire is now crafted using GT Rubbersheets and dyes
* Project Red Framed Wire is not crafted using GT Wood Frame Boxes
* All AE2 Inscriber Recipes are removed, use the GT Forming Press
* AE2 Fluix Dust can be created from AE2 Fluix Blocks in the GT Pulverizer
* AE2 Cable Anchor can only be created from Ingots using the GT Knife
* AE2 Quatz Fiber can only be created using the GT Wiremill
* Sticks can be created from planks the vanilla way
* GT Grind Powder can be created using Arsen in the Chemical Reator (added a use for Arsen)
* GT HSLA Steel Dust can be mixed in a kind of a chemical correct way
* AE2 Quarz Glass is now created from Quarzdust und Glass using a shaped recipe (we use this a lot as a simple building block) - this may change
* Forestry fertilizer can be created from IC2 Fertilizer and GT Mineral Water in a GT Chemical Bath
* Replaced all IC2-recipes with propper GT conform recipes
