We've added ReAuth, Better FPS, Chest Transporter and removed Dynamic Lighting and RailCraft. If you have used RailCraft in a 1.1.0 world, it will not work with 1.2.0

We've added a few utility mods and made GalactiCraft and AE2 use RedstoneFlux energy. BuildCraft also supports this although it will appear as MJ. Other mods can use the new 'Energy Converters' system.
