Install Extended Vanilla

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Extended Vanilla) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Extended Vanilla from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Extended Vanilla updated to version 2.3

Modpack page:

- Rewritten all pages (overview, permissions, help)
- Acquired most permissions for mods to be used in this modpack
- Changed icon and background (logo is to-do, new will come very soon)

- Completely reworked modpack
- Everything is up to date with MC 1.8 version
- Finally fixed error that told you there is error in unzipping modpack (meaning nobody could install it, including me)
Added:
- LiteLoader with mods (WorldEditCUI and Macro/Keybinds)
- Custom menu
- Lost of awesome mods which both work on SP and MP (SMP mods)
Removed:
- Mods that were for SP only (kept them at minimum), only Bow Infinity Fix and Note Block Display left (will not be removed)
- Forge loading bar at startup
- Shaders due to lag on toster PCs
Changed:
- Optifine
- Modpack is now much more lightweight
- Modpack now loads significantly faster
- Reduced size from 20,4MB to 8,8MB
