Updated DV2ServerStuff to 1.0.2a (was 1.0.2):
Removed need to use Pickaxe to harvest PS blocks,
hardness increased 200% to rebalance.
Updated DiggysMobs to 2.0.7b (was 2.0.7a):
Cursed Spectre damage reduced by 25% (now the same as Spectre).
Cursed Spectre spawn chance reduced by 20%.
Changed the Butterfly spawning mechanics, Plum & Cherry trees now allow spawning of Butterflies in any biome.

A few efficiency tweaks.
Mobs now unaffected by Decayed Endstone and can walk over it as a solid block.
Custom GrowthCraft tweaks:
Honey can now be used in all cake recipes (Vanilla, ChocoCraft and DiggysMobs).
Rice can now be used in DiggysMobs cereal recipes (yep, we now have Gluten Free cereal!).
