The mod pack is installing incredibly slow and my computer is strong and so is my internet so what's wrong?

Ik right? I just updated it and now it wont download... cant say its my computer because I reinstalled EVERYTHIMG
I just updated the modpack now because it said so... worked 10 minutes ago before the update and now when I try reinstalling the modpack it doesn't load and says consult the modpack creator so help would be nice!

Can you stop removing all the mods please? or is it so you can keep the pack having the latest pixelmon possible?

This is one of my favorite mods ever, I used to play it all the time and it worked good. Now, I have problems with which I cant play anymore. When I login to any world or server, I can't play. Every 3 seconds, I get lag spikes that last almost 10 seconds, making it unplayable. I know its not my computer because It can run any other mod, and it has run PixelSpark in the past. And yes, I have tried everything, from reinstalling the modpack to turning off any high graphics. If someone could reply to this with help for this problem, that would be great, thank you.

Hey I'm having some issues with lag and crashes, so I tried changing the amount of RAM going into the Technic Launcher but its only allows me to go up to 1GB and my computer has 8 GB of RAM can someone help me with this problem?

I got a error message here it is: Failed to download https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.10.2/1.10.2jar How would I fix that?
Could a small inventory sorting or building mod be added?
I wanted to play this modpack with some friends on our own server, but as it seems in singleplayer i cant find a single pokecenter or pokemart is it a bug ur do i need to do something. if u have any tips on how to solve this problem i would appreciate them
