when I downloaded the mod I couldn't find the mod even in the downloads! how do I find the mod pack?

Make sure when downloading the mod, you do NOT download it from the help page unless the "install this modpack" link is not working. So just copy the link and paste it into the necessary area in the Technic launcher and install it that way. If the mod still does not show up, it is something to do with Technic and I cannot help you any further. I wish you the best of luck :)

Where would I go about getting a server version to install onto my own server? My friends and I really want to play this together!

Well it all depends on what type of server you are putting it on to, but either download should work for any server, again depending on the type of server you want to put it on.
I don't understand? I run a multiplayer server hosted by a 3rd party site that i pay for, and we're having a ton of problems setting up the server and making sure all the mods don't conflict
Okay, that is almost all I needed to know. What site do you host your server from? For example, do you host it from MC Pro Hosting, Bisect Hosting, or Server Miner.
It's not letting me install, it says everytime that the install has failed
My Dropbox was terminated (because Dropbox is lame!), so please check the help tab to complete the install :).
whenever my minecraft opens the music plays and everything is there but i cant see them because the window is black!! plz fix!!
This is most likely nothing that I can fix, but I am going to need more information, this does not tell me much :(.
I'm having troubles installing it on Technic. Maybe you can shed some light on this? I'm using 64-Bit 3GB.

I would love to but I need more information :).
The thing is, I try to install it and once I click install it says "Error downloading the file. Failed to download (insert the dropbox link here). Please consult the modpack author."
I apologize guys about the inconvenience with Dropbox. As of right now, it is the only site that I know of with a non click to download feature. If anyone knows any good sites that do have this feature and will not ban me for the traffic being too high, it would be fantastic if you could tell me about it :). Anyway, thank you all for your patience and politeness through this whole mess! :)

Hello! This mod pack looks very impressive! I would enjoy playing it... that said, I need help installing it. I have the manual download and its been a while since I have done this so I dont actually remember how to manually mod minecraft...

Go to the modpack page and download the modpack you want to install.
Unzip the file if it isn’t already.
Navigate to the Minecraft folder that you want to install it in.
Place all of the contents of the modpack into the minecraft folder(Files in the bin folder go into the bin folder, mods go into mods, ect.).
Me too. I downloaded the file from the link but how do I use it.

Oh and sorry for taking so long to respond, I have been very busy and trying all that I can to keep up with everything, but thank you for not flipping out and being patient :).
Check under help for a manual download, it is a temporary fix to Dropbox's so called "Public" folder. The automatic download should be up later today or sometime tomorrow when the ban is lifted. However, for now, it is all manual. :( So if you need any help installing, contact me and I can help. :)

The modpack should be working again shortly! I just re-uploaded the file and reset the download, so if any other issues arise, please tell me! :) But besides that, please be patient and in about 10 minutes everything should be working again! :)

I must say i am really impressed! I absolutely love this modpack and wanted to make an account just to comment on your amazing job! congratz to you! :D
However now when I tried to re-install the pack it has an error similar to Georelic35's from what I am aware.
Well thank you, but the error is within Dropbox, it has removed my download again because of the mass amounts of traffic, it should be working again shortly! :)
I am getting the Error where you have to contact the mod pack author. I get just after hitting install.

Actually no, there is an axe with Tinker's Construct called the "Lumber Axe" and does everything Tinker's Construct does. :)
is there a server for this?
it would be really cool if there was and I'm are it would be popular1

As of right now, there is "public" server, but I am working on a YouTube series if you wish to watch a server for that kind of thing, or if you wish to create your own, it is fairly easy to install onto servers.
The ban was lifted :) everything should be in place now guys, now attempt to install or re-install the modpack, it should be working again. Just do not go downloading the mod too fast again!

I do not believe this is something I can fix :(, you are most likely having client issues; and in that case I am of no use. I would suggest a re-install when the modpack download becomes available on dropbox again. (It was taken off because of high traffic as stated above)
