Install Tech Pro Pack

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tech Pro Pack) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tech Pro Pack from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

This is a fairly good modpack for people who want to build automated, complicated, and/or just plain fun machines using mods such as ComputerCraft, IC2, BuildCraft, and many others.

I would really like to add GregTech, but as it crashes Minecraft if you have a normal Technic Launcher installation, it will not be officially included. Unless I get enough asking otherwise.

Installing GregTech:
1. Open the Technic Launcher
2. Open 'Settings'
3. Click 'Change Folder'
4. Change the installation folder so that it does not include '.tekkit' or '.technic'
5. Drag your GregTech zip file into 'your_installation_folder / tech-pack-pro / mods'
