Users that have migrated their Minecraft account to Mojang accounts now have to enter their email, not just the username.

Support new error message for migrated accounts, and allow users to save the entered username

Well it’s been a while since the launcher was updated so I’ve bumped to old stable version to 1.0.0.0 and released a small update to allow minecraft directory assignment at runtime so we can be up to date with the latest minecraft version faster. This also makes sure the quit button is visible.

There were 2 other minor changes to do with the progress bar and window size.

Hi. In association with Frizzil we’ve now got the client for Hack Slash Mine in the Technic Launcher. Now, if you want to play, simply fire up the Launcher, click the drop-down, move down just past the VoxelModPack and select Hack/Mine. Play the game.
We’re working out rough ideas on how to make the server less of a PITA to set up and get going for the future, so that might help out even more.
As it stands, if someone is running the latest Hack Slash Mine server, you can connect with the Technic Launcher to that server, no issues what so ever.

We’ve also included SMP’s Texture Pack with Hack Slash Mine as well, to show of those sweet new armors he’s made.

Forestry will no longer be included in future versions of Technic or Tekkit.  This mod now disables certain features when used in conjunction with the Technic Launcher. Because of this we will no longer include Forestry in any future updates. Be aware that running Forestry through the Launcher (in any package) will still cause these issues, even when installed manually.

Keep this in mind as we move to support Minecraft 1.2.5 and beyond.

I know I have personally donated many more times to the modders themselves than I spent on Minecraft itself. Maybe you should think about it too!
