Handful'O Mods

by DaysofKnight
Version 2.12.3 • Minecraft 1.7.10

Hello, all. It's been many-a year since I've been here. And since then I've moved from Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2 and am still continuing my tradition of having a "Handful'O Mods" to play with.

In my current modpack for 1.12.2 I currently have 257 mods and counting (If I find something interesting, I add it!). If anyone would like the play with my modpack (I personally recommend giving Minecraft 12GB of RAM if you have enough for that! I've majorly upgraded my personal computer since the days of 1.7.10), you can message me through Steam (Same username) or Discord DaysofKnight#5936

Current number of mods: 146, 139 active

This mod pack is a mash of all the mods I use when I play by myself.

I like to play with a lot of things - Applied Energetics 2, Extra Utilities, Mekanism, EnderIO, Botania, BuildCraft, Thermal Expansion (As well as it's other two parts), Tinkers' Construct (With the added Iguana's Tinker Tweaks!), as well as BiblioCraft for those of you who want more decoration in your homes. I even added Open Modular Turrets, for all your homes defence needs. And many more, so you'll have to download it and find them all out! ;)

I would add MFFS (Modular Force Field System) if it was properly working for 1.7.10. A link to it from anyone that can find it would be most helpful.

I also added Optifine and the Shader modpack to make Minecraft more appealing.

Also, side note; For those of you who don't like the default textures for some of these mods, Sphax PureBDcraft supports a big number of them. If you use that texture pack and find the correct addons for it then everything will look much better.

All credit for the mods and their companion mods go to the original creator of each one. Many thanks to all of them for the creation of their mods!

(Below is a recommendation of Technic Launcher settings if you choose to use the mentioned texture pack. If you use default you'll be fine with 2GB of RAM regardless.)

I recommend you setting your Technic Launcher to give Minecraft 3 GB of Memory/RAM if you have at least 8GB in your computer. For those of you with 4GB give it 2GB and those of you with more than 8GB give it 6GB. I have 8GB and give Minecraft 3GB and it still lags on occasion, and after a while bring my total Memory/RAM down to less than 1 GB (Which isn't good!). Try to get more in your computer if you have less than 8GB total for smoother gameplay!
