Finally managed to get Dropbox to work with a direct link! I have no idea why it didn't work before. Still can't get Liteloader to work though, so no minimap/voxelmap yet.

Trying to find a good hosting site ... none give a direct link option. My personal site would work, but I only have 40MB there.
