Hay I cant sign into the launcher,my email and password are correct,what is the problem ?

Hay what do I do,i lost my username and cant sign into the technic launcher,i tried my email and that didn't work,and I used the name I have on my page and that didn't work.WHAT DO I DO

Hay is there away to increasse the memory i have for my launchers.The max memory it will let me select is one GB and i wanted to play volts 1.6.4 but because of all the mods i dont have enough memory with my launcher

Is there any servers for volts 1.6.4 ??
