please clear my inventory or /kill me please fix my character reset my player data i need help please

annnnd someone crashed the server

Aldermand i lost all my stuff

It gives me an error every time I try to update the modpack.

Alder use Dropbox as your modpack hoster. it dont cost money and theres no bandwith limit so all the downloads you want.

Alder i cant update it to 1.9.7 please help
