The Ender's of Time Pack

Changes: - Removed some junk mods - Changed configs to make mods work as intended - Removed 1 resource pack - Removed skills and skill requirements - Fixed up some of the audio - Options default to lowest settings - Removed standard world - Rebranded - Removed the weather mod due to performance issues and conflicts between the weather mod and aether. (It would show the aether in the sky and treat it as a cloud) - Fixed some general issues within mods that created stuttering - added a new mod to increase performance... If issues are still had then turn off the resource pack. Lots of bug fixes...
