Server link has two different packages, 1.10 and 2.02. Both have the same timestamp, and the newer one is considerably smaller. Is this a case where the 2.02 version is just legitimately smaller, or is 2.02 something to be installed in addition to/over top of 1.10?

Just to let you know noone can join the discord. Go to server settings > enable widget.
Immersive engineering Does not work with correctly as in meaning some parts that make up the mod are invisible and anisotropic filtering with optifine and better foliage Is a huge No
also Author Of immersive refuses to add support for optifine. " (BluSunrize) 1) Stop using Optifine. I don't support it, and when it breaks your game, I will not help you or fix it."
