encounted a technic error
Mods wont load
fix
go to %appdata% click .technic modpacks then official modded realms in there this is folder
called modpak and copy them all into the first mod folder
inside the officialmodded realms folder

and you have modpack.jar.jar... that must be modpack.jar
Dont work.
You have to create a .zip files with inside "mods" and "bin" folder.
Not "Modrealms modpack" folder with inside "mods" and "bin" folder.
