Install Of Steam and Magic

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Of Steam and Magic) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Of Steam and Magic from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

There is no official server however there may be one in the future however, in the near future the server files will be released so that you may host your own

well ive underfound that when you play on a official server the staff is way more cooperate since they wanna improve it overall.

Hello, My name is Girti, I am the one heading up server dev right now I do have a working server now, but I'm working on improving performance, however due to performance and security issues, an official server is not likely in the near future. If you want to make your own, PM me, and I'll be happy to give you the server files, and give you a demo on how to host one, /especially/ without the devils spawn (AKA Hamachi). This pack was originally intended to be just for a few friends, and we are all very enthused that there is actual interest in this pack. We are very interested in improving the pack, and we have taken every suggestion thus far, and are open to more.

I have a suggestion for making the performance better. Just add fastcraft to your mod list it helps a lot all of my personal modpack (out of the 100s i have) run that mod.

Fastcraft is currently having some issues, however it will be in the next update.

Why use fastcraft. Optifine does the job well enough

For such a light Mod pack. I actually have a rough time running it. is it possible to make it less performance hungry. I even turned all the setting down. Thank you.
