I'm waiting on mods to update for them to be compatible with the server, then it will hopefully be up. Sorry about the late reply, I haven't been developing the modpack recently.
We were having trouble with downloading the modpack. That should be fixed now!

My Dropbox got disabled because there were too many requests. I didn't think that Google drive had the capability for a direct file download. I'll try Google drive as a solution.
