Configurable Health allows you to set the player's and most mob's max health and starting health via a configuration file.

This mod lets you choose a custom LAN port when opening a single player world to LAN. This can be useful when sitting behind a firewall, so you only have to open one port.
The mod contains a modified "Open To LAN" GUI with an additional input field for the port. Defaults to 25565. Port rang allowed between 10000 and 65535.

Have you ever wanted a simple way to add your own music discs to Minecraft, without having to write a single line of Java code?
Well, with Custom Music Discs, you can add as many discs as you want, configure crafts, generation in dungeons and make them droppable by monsters.
Additionally, the discs you add can be dropped by creepers when they are killed by skeletons, just like vanilla discs (this can be disabled in the config file).

The Default World Generator mod is a mod designed for Minecraft ModPack makers who want to have a specific world generator selected by default. The user is still able to change it if they desire, but it will change it from "default" to what ever you specify in the config file.

EnderStorage is a mod that offers a means to store your items in The END, causing them to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. All EnderStorage makes use of the magic of colors to link storage with its little piece of The END. Any EnderStorage with the same color code share inventory (even across dimensions). Currently there are two types of storage, EnderChest and EnderPouch.

Just a bunch of fairly useful things.

A simple Minecraft Forge mod that speeds up leaf decay after you cut down the wood in a tree. By default it will only take about five seconds before all leaves are gone.

This pack contains Fastcraft, by Player, enabled by default. Fastcraft enhances Minecraft with increased performance. Bug reports being made directly to Mod Authors should state Fastcraft is enabled. Fastcraft is optional and can be deleted if it has issues.

This mod adds a gravestone to your minecraft world.
When you die a gravestone will be placed at your death position and the players name is written on it.
Optionally you can get a piece of paper with the necessary informations about your death.
There is also an option to automatically remove this item when you break the gravestone.
When you break the gravestone it will drop the items of your inventory.

Jabba (Just Another Better Barrel Attempt) is a storage mod aiming at making a better barrel than what is already out there. It introduces one block (the barrel itself), a set of upgrades and a dolly to move things around.

This Jukebox is an upgrade to the vanilla jukebox making it more advanced (Still using the vanilla recipe) allowing you to have up to 12 tracks with Play, Stop Repeat and Shuffle. This also has new Jukebox block textures to ones made by mousecop.

Lumy Skin Patch repairs skins for Minecraft because Mojang no longer supports skins for No-UUID Minecraft versions. Lumy Skin Patch uses the current Mojang API to load the skin texture.

Mine Trading Card (shortened to MTC) is a mod about 'Trading Cards Game'. This mod adds trading cards to Minecraft. You can collect those cards, trade them and even play with them now.

MineTweaker is a server admin and modpack maker tool that enables players to customize recipes, adjust the ore dictionary, change item names. It also provides support for several mod machines, with ModTweaker adding support for many other mods.

ModTweaker is an addon for MineTweaker 3. Minetweaker lets you adjust recipes, remove them entirely, or add new recipes. While it has decent mod support, there are many mods that use custom crafting handlers that are not supported natively. ModTweaker plans to provide additional support for as many of these mods over time as possible.

Modular Powersuits is a Minecraft mod based around the idea of an inventor who tinkers with high-tech electronics and makes a suit of powered armor chock-full of useful gadgets and features. Inspired by heroes like Iron Man, Megaman, and Samus Aran, as well as by the high-tech armor in mods like EE2 and IC2.

Nature's Compass is a utility item that allows you to search for a biome's location anywhere in the world and view information about it.

NEI is a successor to both Too Many Items and Recipe Book. It arose around the same time as Craft Guide when Alexandria and a few others on the IRC suggested that I merge both Too Many Items and Recipe Book to remove their greatest flaws, ironically too many items, or in the case of recipe book, too many recipies. Too Many Items was great, but the one thing it lacked was an easy way to search and sort your items. When you had a mod like Red Power coming along with 10000 items both TMI and Recipe Book were racking up the pages. Even if you don't want to use NEI for cheating in items, you will likely feel right at home with the Recipe component of the mod.

Realistic Terrain Generation (RTG) is a mod that adds a new world type which generates realistic terrain. It doesn't add new blocks. It doesn't add new mobs. It doesn't even add new biomes. It simply generates more realistic-looking terrain for existing Overworld biomes (including those added by other mods).

Redstone Paste Mod adds a new form of redstone dust into the game, allowing you to transmit redstone signals across a variety of surfaces, including ceilings and walls. Also included are sticky repeaters and sticky comparators, to keep your redstone current strong or do complex logic no matter where you decide to run your paste.

A fearsome trap for anyone who dares try stealing your diamonds with a floor made of this stuff over a pit of lava.

The Village Names mod assigns randomized names to villages and villagers, and also to structures like mineshafts, strongholds, fortresses, and so on. Also brings features such as improved villager trading, ocean monuments and terracotta to earlier versions.

This niche mod allows for easy teleportation between given points. It offers a simple, non-op alternative to the standard /home and /warp commands.

Waila is an extension for NEI. It will show in the tooltip what mod an item is from. Since the tooltip contains the mod name, you can also easly parse items per mods.
