I love the pack! But i have some question
1. is adding additional modifiers disabled for tinkers construct?
2. Are meteors suppose to fall or to be found?(not star) can't see any meteor falling even though materials in the game (i played for like ~10 hours and wandered tens of thousands of blocks (props to slingshot), gone to nether and collected all kind of materials yet there are no meteors falling). Can't make that OP thingies w/o them ๐ฉl

You can add some additional modifiers with the Tinkers Addons mod! And for meteors, for the best chance you need to be awake during the night, in a different area every night! Let me know if that still didn't help.
Is there any way to repair the hexxit gear, like Scale and Thiefs Armor?

there is that golden heart item that you can put on baubles. im using that and can repair it with "touch of midas" item by using glowstone dust.

What content from it do you miss specifically? We have almost all of the biomes from it added via other mods, and the ones that are missing (Marsh, Forested Island, White Forest, Ice Wasteland & Wasteland) could be added (via the Auxiliary Biomes mod) but were chosen not to. Feel free to add that mod on your end though!

It is in the Universal Tweaks mod config.
You mentioned that changing the loot tables for the infernal mobs for them to drop more mod based loot like the last hexxit was something you were "looking into" 2 years ago and yet the config files remain the same and still have them only dropping iron tools and armor. Its boring getting the same useless loot as a reward for killing such a beefed up mob. Integrate the drops with Hexxit 2!!

When I'm in the single player world, I feel like everything has a lot of lag.
When I turn on the F3 key to view, the server section displays ~~ 200 ms. Is there any other way to overcome the high delay?

You can try disabling Dynamic Lights (L), or pre-generating chunks.

And when I or someone else joins the server (only through running 1.12.2 server jar) it doesn't load all the mods even with a new world file or world imported from singleplayer which all the mods work fine on singleplayer. I've downloaded Java 8 and Technic runs on Oracle 64 bit 22 with 8gb ram

You need to make sure you use Java 8 to run the server :)
