so why not install another version of NEI into the mod-pack or ask Chickenbones (the creator of NEI) about this issue as he might have experienced this before

I have tried the lastest version of nei for 1.7.10 and i still have the issue, I am still working on a solution though.
i put up five gigs of ram for technic launcher and it still crashes when i try to use NEI

I know about this issue, and i still haven't found a fix for it. also this issue has nothing to do with not enough ram. the error lies in java, and the mod itself
can you fix NEI because whenever i try looking up recipes on it it crashes my game

If they were the same then they would both be called AoA or Divine RPG.
The smart moving mod makes armor look like its not on correctly. I would like to request it to be removed.

if you say it and they remove it you can ad the mod manually like i did with backpacks mod and venire

umm what do you mean radiated?
if it helps fixing the "u" crashing making the game unplayable (for me) there is a way on the launcher to open up the log for the date of the crash. Just saying if that helps.

ty, well we are still working on it. I actually at one point had it working but i don't know how so i can't update the mod pack to fix it currently but, yeah It's really quite a pain :P

try running it with more ram
I reccomend you hit "launcher options > java settings (top right corner)" then set minecraft java version to 1.7.0_79 64 bit (if available) and (more importantly) set memory to the max your computer allows that value to be (or at least 4GB if you have more).
Some vanilla recipes seem to be uncraftable, like the wooden hoe and an iron pickaxe.

That is a feature, it was put in to make early game harder and require users to use Tinkers Construct in order to succeed.
Fair enough. Has there been a fix to the "pressing U on an item crashes the game" bug?

This modpack contains many mods that encourage exploration while allowing the player to sit in their house and practically farm everything...
if you don't like the new 1 wood = 1 plank = 1 stick , go into the gear on the top right in the modpack page and click open (technic launcher) the remove hermit craft configs or something like that

yeah... r3alcl0ud is aware of that and since he is the author of the mod he is working dilligently on making that balencing mod work correctly and not screw up with things he doesn't want it to... for now yeah, just remove "hermitcraft core" from the pack... srry
and the hermitcraft configs actually has a (WIP) ProjectE emc list that makes it so mod items have reletive worth in game (although the list is very incomplete)

Yes it would be awesome. sadly us dev over at Hermitcraft Explorers can get a server with 16Gb of memory to not run out of memory in 5 seconds on loading the world.
Yeah, Without removing some (somewhat important) mods, "galacticraft"... I can't get a server to start as of the newest build. I am still working on it however, and hopefully we can have a fully functioning server available in a couple builds.
DONE! server download now available... just removed galacticraft after survey showed it to be the will of the people :P
Hello R3ealCl0ud, i would like to ask to be able to make a series on your pack, i like your mod list and think its got some spice to it that i could definitely use on my channel, my youtube is Starborn, and i would be sure to post your packs link in the description of videos included in said series. please answer back. oh and i believe it is only fair to mention i am 13.

That's perfectly fine. Just make sure to put a link back to here. Also there is going to be a major update soon to the pack, with small bugfix updates until then.
I wish I could use solder.io xD, too bad my internet is crap and I dont have linux :P
