it seems as though there will be a server and if so when would it possibly be up (sorry i just really like the modpack)

Currently I'm only hosting a personal server. I don't have the means to open a server to the public.

There are no plans to host a public server for the foreseeable future. However I have included the server download so that the public may be able to play with a handful of their friends! The client and the server will always be updated together and will always be compatible with eachother.

so far the modpack has been very well made but i noticed it is very laggy and i was wondering if you know how to fix the lag

Currently investigating. Try turning down the graphics settings and also the render distance for now as a quick fix.
