Install Forge 1.10.+

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Forge 1.10.+) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Forge 1.10.+ from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

I have added mods but it tells me that the forge is out dated, how do i update the forge? I am using 1.10.2 mods and the only issue I am having is it says that I am using the wrong version of forge.

You can update forge yourself. Just go onto the official forge website, download the latest version for 1.10.2 (the universal option), Open run Ctrl+R and type "%appdata%" (without the quotation marks), click on roaming, .technic, modpacks, forge-1102, then finally the bin folder, drag the downloaded forge jar file into it, delete the jar file that says modpack and rename the forge jar file you downloaded to modpack.

how do i put mods in the pack

Click the modpack cog in the upper right hand corner and click open folder, then just drop all your needed mods into the mods folder. Make sure they are compatible however.
