Install Factory Blackout

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Factory Blackout) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Factory Blackout from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

I updated to the latest version. While trying to run the game afterwards I am getting a crash. It appears that the advanced generator mod is the one causing the crash, removed the file generators-0.9...... appears to have fixed the issue.

Ok found the solution, the file bdlib-mc1710-1.7.0.70.jar is out of date, get the current one from https://bdew.net/generators/ and everything works
