KROM!!! is the server shutted down or something?! because it still says: pinging after i refresh it atleast 100 times.. and then: no connection.. i mean: what is going on?

i wanna go to the server even in early hours or in midnight.. and why is it disabled? because:
i refreshed it so many times.. and it still said: Pinging
and there was no connection to the server even tho i had the internet turned on!
and after a while it said: no connection
and when i tried to join it said after a while: idk what that was but.. something with force something host.. idk
