Added Open blocks and got a server package out, make it like you would with a regular server.

Ok, lots of updates. So I got galacticraft and a few other mods. also made a new map for experienced players. I want to make an easy map, that will be later. also would love comments.
Fairly stable. The map i think is done, might make it bigger. And gotta get going on quests
Got It up and running. only has mods and gotta redo quests. Gonna work on map on a later time.
