So it says it's corrupt and isn't available for 'offline play' even though i'm not offline. Bottom line, Can't install at all

Hmm I don't know what to tell you since I can't replicate the problem. Try uninstalling and re-installing the launcher.

same thing happened to me a few times aswell. it always seems to fix itself the next day thou

why are there so many missing textures? please fix this

Do you have OptiFine installed? If you do then that's your problem.

Nope. No optifine. All the textures for the items just seem to be a white square for some strange reason.
can u make a server for it and add like the guy said some minechem

i like that there is thaumcraft and morph combined you can become a eldrich guardian and thats like the grim reaper then do some blood magic and your a rim geaper good job

could you add minechem i know its not magic but you can make drugs and add them to weapons to make you stronger
this is an epic mod pack but what would make it better? a downloadable private server
