Fixed the resource pack not being properly installed (thanks @Alemismum).
Curious things about last update needed fixing. The resource pack was downloaded twice? MCEF was in the modpack for absolutely no reason? Those things are now fixed, plus a few texture changes and music additions I decided to throw in.
Lots of stuff in this long overdue update. Added a lot more skins to customnpc's, removed millenaire because I was done with it's shenanigans (breaking the game) and replaced it with Minecraft Comes Alive. Probably should have added this a LONG time ago, but I added the LevelUp mod, which essentially puts the RPG in this RPG modpack by adding skill trees that you assign points to every time you level up.

Fixes a .json in customnpc's so that bard music can actually be selected and heard. :D

The server is finally here! Update the modpack and it should be in your multiplayer servers list. :D
Added RTG, a mod that makes terrain generation more realistic, completely removed those extra mods that went with smart moving and were no longer needed, and tweaked a few more things with the resource pack.
