Install Ulandos AVP Season 3

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Ulandos AVP Season 3) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Ulandos AVP Season 3 from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

a long time ago i was playing this pack and everything worked great. maybe a month later it said the file for avp mod no longer existed. decided to try and see if i could download and play it today but at this point it won't even open. not sure if it's a problem on my side or if the modpack is just still broken cause i saw a comment from a year ago that said there was a fix yet it doesn't work. this was probably my favorite pack and i'm hoping that there is something i can do to fix this but i don't have a lot of hope tbh.

from what i can tell it's one of the mods causei loaded normal forge on my mc launncher and it opened but then when i copy pasted the mods in it stopped working

i have determined that the problem was code chicken core and replacing that file with the most up to date version for 1.7.10 will fix it

there was also a problem with forge multipart so i installed a newer version of that as well

everyone who wants to download this modpack i have gotten in touch with glixyl through youtube comments and have gotten him to fix the download issue you have to go into the download setting and do install specific version and do 0.2.4

forgot to add but you are able to upgrade to 0.2.5 after you download 0.2.4 by going into reinstall specific version

Every time I try to boot it up, everything is gone in the folder, Ive tried reinstalling.

it does not download for my new PC and i hate it... an error keeps popping up if i want to download it and it says something like: attempted to extract file alien-versus-predator-universe1.0.zip but it does not exist.. please fix this

it gives me the error that it needs 2gb of ram and that I'm using 1gb please fix I would really enjoy playing AVP

That is an setting on the client side. Go to Launcher Options -> Java Settings and increase the memory there

Help.Every time i try to join or create new world the it says:Connection Lost. A fatal error has occured,this connection is terminated. I just want to play singleplayer please help.

when i downloaded the server and ran it it was going fine until a bug popped up it kept saying saved 0 hives in world/overworld world/nether world/moon etc and it just keeps going and going repeating the same thing

I have found a glitch right next to a village that I spawned by, I was playing for about an hour but suddenly when I tried to trade with villagers a bunch of royal jelly started to spawn at both corners of the village and is still causing a ton of lag, I do not know whats causing the problem but it is ruining my FPS is my game.

Ok found out why it was happening, there were like 5 queens next to each other underground spawning a ton of eggs in the wall to where they die and the royal jelly dropped from them flew through the ground to the surface. Can you increase the range between queens to spawn naturally in the world?

TL;DR: my mountain is secreting royal jelly I believe i have found a glitch, i currently have a base inside a mountain, but every time the chunk loads, or even when i'm staring at it, the mountain just begins to secrete royal jelly, there are no xenomorphs spawning and dying in the mountain, as it is lit up, i would hear their screeches and blocks would be destroyed by their acid, the only though i have is "there is a hive somewhere in there" but i have grenaded the living hell out of the mountain and there is nothing, i have no idea what to do now.

Turns out, there was no hive, but a queen constantly laying eggs and regenerating health was stuck in my mountain.

Latest Update
There is a downloadable server for this mod pack now. Click the "Server Download" link on the upper right. To host a server, you can open up a hole in your home firewall/cable modem on port :25565 and give people your external IP address.
