Install Kinetic

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Kinetic) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Kinetic from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

I have a problem. In the creative menu, when I was trying to find sugar cane, I typed in "su" and by the time i hit the "g", my game crashed. I have already tried changing the better fps mod's fast creative search multiple times.

Okay, ill have a look into it and see what is making the game crash :D I'll update you soon.

I was able to recreate you crash when searching in the creative interface. I've updated one of the mods that I think was making the game crash. Although I haven't been able to recreate the crash since I recommend you don't use the creative interface search. I've found while researching the crash it can be really buggy in modded clients.
