Install The World of Mianite

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (The World of Mianite) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select The World of Mianite from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Hey there, I'm trying to launch up the mod and it takes awhile and I haven't reached the start up menu with all the single player and multilayer, any reason or help?

Have you set the allow RAM for Technic to at least 2 GB? If no, do that and try again. If you can't set the RAM higher than 1 GB install the 64bit version of windows, on 32 bit it will not work.

I have Java version 8, 64 bit and set to 2GB of ram but It still crashes after the Mojang screen. Anyone know what might be my problem?

Hey, i am trying to use this on a mac and have already switched to 2 gb of ram. It will download the pack but not run it, any ideas

I think it will depend on the Java version, which version are you using? I think it would be better to use Java 7. NOTE TO CREATOR OF THIS PACK: please update Forge to the latest recommended version to make it work with Java 8! If it doesn't work, add a small mod that allows Java 8 to work as if it was Java 7, here it is http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/2206446-forge-1-6-4-1-7-2-java-8-compatibility-patch

Hello there. First of all, thank you for the effort you put into this modpack. I've a question about a mini-map/waypoint mod. I tried Zan's mini-map and Rei's mini-map. But, unfortunately, my Minecraft crashed. Do you have any solution how I can fix this? - Vinx

for some reason i cant run it it tries to run and it installs minecraft but after it gets to the mojang screen it crashes

Did you set the allocated memory to at least 2GB? If so, your pc may cannot handle the modpack. It's a large modpack...

If it tells you "Minecraft is not responding," just wait for the mods to load (it may take up to 5mins depending on your PC specs...)

Uh could you update thaumicexpansions to 1.7.10 or remove thanks becuse its interferring with the downland

listen this is a great modpack and it works great but the equivalent exchange 2 mod(specifically 2) would make it a lot better and would fit this perfectly

i figured that if you have the ram on 2gb and then start the mod if i comes up with minecraft not responding just reload the mod a be patient it will load after a few min hope this helps someone

Okay so the most current update changed the map mod which caused me to lose all my waypoints? I want to know why a new map was even implemented?? And now my world is crashing a minute after it loads up and there are things in my inventory I've NEVER even had one being a brown chestplate where my sword was, some paper white ingot, and some weird grey smiley face block. What the heck is going on.

What the actual hell happen to this mod pack?!? I loaded it in and there was what looked like liquid ethirum everywhere and I touched it and went on fire and there are flux and beehives all over my mine and I get back up to my house and my cobble has been replace with ice stairs and my ENTIRE tinker's construct furnace and all the items are screwed up. What the actual frick

you probably should back up your worlds more often dude, and also every time before you update, but anyway the only problem that can be fixed without cheating things in would be to break the smeltery controller and replacing it
